A Trendsetter That Is Unlike Anything on the Market

Since 2014, Tesla has relied on ALBAform for its extensive expertise in custom wire frames and wire from components when it comes to the Model S and X car seating. the wires are formed on the latest CNC bending machines to ensure the highest and most efficient product possible as well as being ISO/TS 16949 certified

ALBAform sets the foundation for the car seats as they make their journey from our wire framing process and then onto our partners for foam application and upholstery. The process and then onto our partners for foam application and upholstery. The process is a rewarding development, but not exempt from roadblocks. Specifically in regards to the newer Model X seating, Tesla CEO Elon Musk had described it as an "amazing seat, a sculptural work of art, but a very tricky thing to get right". The progression of this engineering feat is not showing any signs of slowing down though. Just to think that Tesla was producing 600 cars annually a few years ago and now it can achieve this in a few days. That's a lot of seating.

The Model X provides room for seven adults, while the Model S has seating for five.

ALBAform is well positioned to offer a wide range of products to meet the demands and standards required in the automotive industry and is honored to be a part of such an innovative and leading brand as Tesla.
